FRAUD

I gave them 10grand to build 4 pages and host for 2 years. Was promised AI, SEO, Customer Reviews, etc...Got 3 sites and whole lot of excuses. Just went to BBB just to realize that this is what they do.

Liars, bullies and terrible customer serice

Lied that they were representatives of WebMD. Aggressive, almost bully tactics. Became very rude when I told them I was not interested. Called me 3 times after I refused their services. I used their services 3 years ago and they are all hype, take your money and don't deliver anything of quality.

%100 a Scam company

The Sales person lied about what the call was about. They said it was to highlight my profile on Web MD, I asked him point blank if this was a Sales Pitch for anything and they promised it was not. I blocked off 30 minutes of my schedule and within the 1st minute of the call I could tell it was a indeed a sales pitch for Dear Doc. I told him no thank you and to have a great day and hung up, they called me back right away so I politely told him again no thanks, I'll research Dear Doc and get ...

Scam and Con Artist

The sales rep con me into the fact that this is part of WebMd, and that they are not trying to sell anything. Wasted 40 min on the phone.

I had the absolute worst experience on a DECEIVING DearDoc sales call

I had the absolute worst experience, in my 30 years in business as a hypnotherapist, on a sales call with DearDoc.com. Representative Vincent Berardi, who ultimately reports to Joe Brown, founder of DearDoc.com. Vincent kept proudly saying on our call he was “transparent”, totally missing the point and not answering each inquiring question I genuinely posed. He kept telling me my answers were already woven into the balance of his presentation. Just past the first 45 minutes of our zoom ...

I agreed to the service based on very specific integration issues with EMR. They assured me they could do what they said. When they could not, they were adamant they would not refund payment, and continued to pursue activity and integration with my business. RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE they did not show any ounce of integrity!!!! If you get scammed file suit, the only way to stop this type of activity.

What a waste of my Time and energy Dear DOc SCAM

What a waste of my Time and energy. When they set up the initial call they made me think I was dealing with Web MD. Used very high pressure techniques, I thought I must be in the market for a used car. I had the salesperson name and tried to vet him before our call but was unsuccessful since I didnt know what company I was speaking to for sure. I even called Web MD to see if he worked for them. Avoid Dear Doc at all costs!!!!!!!! Because if you dont it will Cost You!! I tried to end the ...

Wasted 45 minutes before cutting off…

Wasted 45 minutes before cutting off his "half hour call". I vetted him in advance that if this is just a sales pitch don't bother in which he kept reassuring "WebMD...WebMD...WebMD...". Nothing to do with WebMD they're not on the phone to build your WebMD profile with "a quick survey" they want to sell you a $1000 a month chatbot. Once I cut him off asking "look, let's not dodge the bullet any longer is the point of this call to sell me a $1000 chatbot?" he hung up. LOL. Just tell the ...
