Agile, Dynamic, and Intuitive!

I have been using DealRoom for about five months. In my experiences, it has been effective for everything from daily task management to achieving high-level initiatives. DealRoom is very dynamic and intuitive. I picked up on how everything works surprisingly fast. Although DealRoom is newer to the VDR market, I believe that it is the best and most cost-effective choice!

Great platform and easy to use.

What do you like best? Simple to use, with great screen nearness and run of the mill structure. The association and usability makes it easy to use. This was natural, and simple to simply step directly into. I had no issues, aside from not figuring out how to move records into a transfer line. The inquiry work, when endeavoring to transfer was great. It was not all that not the same as the "standard" that it was hard to make sense of. What do you dislike? I didn't see an approach to ...

Go To VDR

Go to VDR provider. Very user friendly and a nice interface. The diligence tracker that DealRoom offers is a great tool; it makes the diligence process much more streamlined and efficient. Overall, best VDR provider in the market.

Simple and easy to use

In in hour you can get used managing all the vdr features, invite people, set permissions etc. Platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Customer support is very helpful. Superior product at fair price

Dealroom is really great. No plugins or proprietary software are required. The best part about Dealroom is easy requests management and analytics. We used it to track diligence progress and check document activity. These features really set Dealroom apart from other platforms available in the marketplace right now.

Easy to use UI and great customer serv

What do you like best? The customer service is prompt and helpful. They take care of the job if needed freeing up my time. What do you dislike? PDF, XLSX previews are oversized and dont fit to the screen. to view them accurately there is no other choice other than downloading the file.
