What do you like best about DealerSocket? It's comprehensive. It manages what we need. It's intuitive. It gets the job done, but definitely is not without its faults. What do you dislike about DealerSocket?

"Dealersocket Did Not Work For Us! "
What do you like best about DealerSocket? I liked their e-brochures. They were awesome to send to customers! I also like the fact that you could tell when a customer was on the website and how it alerted you in the CRM. That was a good feature to let you know that your customer was still in the market and actually still shopping for a vehicle.

What do you like best about DealerSocket? It helps us accomplish all of our basic CRM needs and it is built specifically for the automotive industry. This gives it features that are more relevant to our business and customer needs.

What do you like best about DealerSocket? We've had issues with integration and glitches for 4 months - 22 unanswered emails to our rep... We have been with them for over 10 years and would not recommend them at all.
