What do you like best about DealerSocket? Its not technical to use. It seems a little out dated but that was almost a positive because you didn't have to search hard to find what you were looking for. Technology couldn't hide it.

"ZERO - Customer Service"
What do you like best about DealerSocket? We've had issues with integration and glitches for 4 months - 22 unanswered emails to our rep... We have been with them for over 10 years and would not recommend them at all.

"Good For Staying On Top Of BHPH Accounts"
What do you like best about DealerSocket? DealerSocket is a great system to use to keep track of your BHPH accounts. It has a clean interface and is fairly easy to navigate with very little training necessary. I particularly like the ability to bounce back ad forth between specific tabs on the customer's screen with ease.
