"Does exactly what its made to do"
What do you like best about DealerLogix? Easy to check schedules and set up a customer for service. Easy to navigate and hot buttons on top to quickly get where you need What do you dislike about DealerLogix? My only complaint is when it logs me out and I have to reenter in my log in credentials. "Convenient and easy to use, but there is room for improvement"
What do you like best about DealerLogix? Ease of use and the ability to push data directly to CDK. Package options are also helpful for customers and makes them more comfortable being able to choose from different packages based on their specific needs. What do you dislike about DealerLogix? The text messaging system could use improvement. It would be nice to have another option besides "Mark as Read" or "Send Text Message".
