"Okay tech, excellent support!"

What do you like best about Dealer.com? I love our rep, Pat Morrissey, and the support he provides. Always friendly, always eager to listen to resolve issues. He makes the whole service worth it - good support is hard to find when automotive sales tech is a dime a dozen.

"Great Support Team, Website Design Options not so much"

What do you like best about Dealer.com? DDCs support team are great to work with and are always willing to TRY matching our website's desired vision. However, their website designs/coding are a bit dated and many basic functions are sub-par or non-existent. For an automotive website, web impressions are important and I feel that at times, our website is kind of a painful experience to navigate through.
