"Buggy and outdated system"
What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments? Gets the job done – it would be an acceptable software if it was still 1999. The specialists who work there are nice and try to be helpful. "Technical difficulties common"
What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments? Allows for detailed notes and when it functions properly, it has great features such as reminder emails and Confirmation emails. "Semi-user friendly"
What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments? What do you like best about DaySmart Appointments? The ability to book multiple appointments for each practitioner was very helpful in our practice. We used the functions of notes often to keep track of our patient status and to communicate between staff members in order to assure continuity of care.
