"Multi-purpose tool"
What do you like best about Datto RMM? As per my experience, Datto is the one-stop solution for most IT issues, we can manage system logs, track apps installed, update patches, and create and execute jobs also there are built-in commands. There are various ways to find devices that are connected to Datto, we should use their new UI which is easy compared to their traditional one.

What do you like best about Datto RMM? Datto allows us to install patches with some automation. It gives us the ability to select the type of patch and deploy to specific groups of machines. You can create different sites and have specific policies per site. Security can be very granular allowing us to give specific permissions to users that can be based on site (or multiple sites).

What do you like best about Datto RMM? The fact that Datto can pretty much do anything remotely, from monitoring to software installation but you can also use it for inventory purposes and so much more

What do you like best about Datto RMM? It's conceivable to customize the interface to appear what's more critical to the admin. It's also easy to install and manage in the console. The tool is very friendly, and you can learn about it very fast.

What do you like best about Datto RMM? The simplicity that has to configure and set up the monitoring and policies on servers or endpoints. you can even use it to deploy apps like office365 in all endpoints

"The best RMM out there!"
What do you like best about Datto RMM? It provides a single source of truth for our environment including Windows Servers/Endpoints, macOS, Linux, VMware and Networking equipment. This has helped us identify what is out there and better manage each system. It also provides great patch management and allows us to automate patching of Windows, macOS and Linux devices. It also allows us to patch 3rd party solutions natively and through their Chocolatey integration.
