What do you like best about Datapeople? Datapeople has helped allow users to write more inclusive job postings. The tool includes ensuring that the job length is correct, the diversity statement is included, and the salary and benefits are included. Datapeople is a highly collaborative tool for hiring managers and recruiters to work together on one platform. The tool helps identify unbiased information, which will help support DEI strategies and result in more inclusive and diverse talent pools.

What do you like best about Datapeople? Having a library of JDs to access really helps eliminate the legwork hiring managers have to do when opening new roles. The uniformity of headers, footers, standardized clauses, etc. is nice to be able to plug in and duplicate across requisitions. Recommendations/scoring provided when preparing JDs is often helpful and encourages brevity, inclusion, proper wording, among other things. The Lever integration via Chrome extension works quite well too.
