"Excellent support, both during the sales process and during the implementation."

What do you like best about DataGrail? Excellent customer support. A highly automated solution that removes a lot of the manual work in GDPR compliance. Great manuals for connecting third party systems to the DataGrail solution.

What do you like best about DataGrail? I think that the team has been the best part (so far). They are knowledgeable, organized and willing to go the extra mile to get things done. They have an awesome attitude and make an otherwise drab (but important) topic interesting.

What do you like best about DataGrail? DataGrail helped us shift our privacy program into a more efficient operation. We no longer had to manually track required record-keeping in a spreadsheet and worry about accidental omissions - DataGrail has built-in audit trails to tackle this for each privacy request. Additionally, you can make notes on the privacy request if you need to include a reference.

What do you like best about DataGrail? I've found DataGrail very easy to use - it's pretty intuitive and they have good supporting documentation and customer support. They've done a great job with streamlining the DSR process and I like the customizable response templates.
