What do you like best about DataGrail? Their team is very responsive and communicative. My team assists clients with implementing privacy technology and working with DataGrail on our first client together was a very positive experience. We were able to transition this client to their platform from another one in 4-6 weeks due to a client deadline by working with their team closely on the plan and priorities.

What do you like best about DataGrail? DataGrail's customler service experience has been a sheer pleasure. Every member of the team was very responsive and if someone did not have an immediate answer, they consulted the team member who did and provided an answer as soon as possible. I never had to chase for an answer or follow-up!
