Powerful remote desktop management

What do you like best? I like the speed and ease of using this software. It has saved us hundreds of hours by giving us a quick tool to troubleshoot end user issues without having to go onsite. What do you like best? This tool offers great remote management tool for us and we use this to install applications at our locations offsite and assist with issues What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to seamlessly remote onto user PC's with little to no connectivity problems. It is reflective of the user's workstation and has no limit of accessibility. All the shortcuts and functions are easy to use and manageable. What do you dislike? Sometimes, when you've initiated a remote session with a user and somehow get disconnected, it still assumes you're on the PC. Best remote support software, bar none!

What do you like best? The mirrror driver. With dameware i can remote into a pc, and unlike RDP it is just like I am sitting in front of it. Also i can turn off the remote users keyboard which prevents interruptions. What do you dislike? I don't really have any complaints. My one gripe is that it can be laggy over vpn. DameWare is a great tool for remote assistance

What do you like best? DameWare works great. You can save IPs to reconnect later. It works great, has a lot of options. One problem I have with windows RDC is if a user has 2 screens, It can be a little clunky. DameWare handles multiple displays like a champ. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that Dameware is very easy to configure and use. Most of the options are able to be found without the need to click through multiple menus. A lot of the necessary features are located on the hot bar. The software supports smart cards. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike about the software. Dameware (Solar Winds) - Mini Remote Control - It 'Simply' Works

What do you like best? This is a great tool for the small to medium business. For the act of obtaining a remote desktop connection of a PC on the network ... it's simple and works without frills. If the Dameware agent is not installed on the target machine... the technician console will push it out silently as long as you have the appropriate authority. Great Remote Support Tool

What do you like best? It's easy to use and allowed us to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely. What do you dislike? The initial configuration when connecting to a client for the first time can take some time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? DameWare allowed us to troubleshoot and resolve issues faster by giving us the option to remote into clients computers instead of walking across campus or driving to remote locations.

What do you like best? Using DameWare to remotely support the technical needs of our locations makes the IT Support process easy and quick. The system offers dual-user remote access, so several members of the team can have access to one access point, which makes collaboration effective. What do you like best? There are several things that I like from this tool: 1. You do not need to install any kind of software/client/agent on the remote computer that you want to start managing. You only need to have local administrator rights on the remote computer, which will allow Dameware to install a service for the remote administration.
