The fastest and easiest testing solution for your developer company.

What do you like best? We can determine that Cypress catches my attention thanks to its incredible richness in the functions it acquires, to facilitate a job at the scale of great expectations, mentioning that it is based on the browser, which wants to describe that it is not necessary to download the application on servers to start using its tools, mentioning that it contains a fairly fresh and innovative user interface, which transmits information about its performance once implemented, ...

Outstanding E2E Testing Framework

What do you like best? Cypress is incredibly easy to set up and has everything you need in order to get started on your testing right out of the box. I have not run into a testing scenario that Cypress has not been able to solve from functionality all the way down to performance. Cypress also offers parallelization which has been great for reducing CI build times, which is a huge bonus. Overall Cypress has made testing less of a hassle than any other framework I've used thus far. What ...

Powerful end to end testing tool

What do you like best? The ability to stub the network request and clean APIs. The documentation is easy with best practices & anti-pattern warnings What do you dislike? There is no way to rerun only failed tests and UI takes some time to load the tests before running them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Cypress, we are able to write end to end tests for an Angular project very quickly and we are much more confident on our ...

Cypress is the easy to use solution for front end developers

What do you like best? - easy to write - easy to understand - easy to debug - covers chrome, and nowadays other browsers. But very much sufficient for developers to move ahead with the release What do you dislike? - sometimes tests are flaky, and we need to retry. Handled this case by configuring .travis to retry on failure. No everyone is happy, when build is happy Recommendations to others considering the product: - easy to write - easy to understand - easy to ...

Cypress provides great developer experience and reliability. It's awesome!

What do you like best? Superb developer experience! Very easy to write tests and I think using Cypress with @testing-library/cypress creates the best experience! What do you dislike? I consider myself a beginner Cypress user, I haven't encountered downsides so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replacing slow and unreliable tests with Robot Framework.

Cypress makes me happy!

What do you like best? So many of the issues and gripes that I have had with Selenium based testing over the years are addressed in Cypress. The default setup is a great start and customization is intuitive and easy to implement. The documentation is some of the best I have ever seen. And the UI makes it easier to reason with test writing and debugging. I spent 4+ years away from web (testing mobile apps), and it was so refreshing to come back to web testing and see that I will never ...

End-to-end testing is fun again with Cypress

What do you like best? The developer experience. Using the Cypress app for Mac to run and rerun my tests is a great feature. What do you dislike? As with all end-to-end testing, it's always hard to keep the flakiness down to a minimum. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure that my application is fully working for end users.

Best Automation Tool out there. It's here to stay.

What do you like best? Cypress makes testing easier and fun. As it's directly embedded in to the browser web testing can be supported with checking for network calls. No other tool provides this feature. Documentation is super clear and helpful. There's not topic of cypress for which the documentation doesn't exists. The best part is test runnner. It makes running and debugging cypress tests convenient. Cypress Community is helpful and growing. Be it linkedIn group or individual ...

Cypress review

What do you like best? Cypress provides great DX and increase the confidence for shipping new features. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything specific which I dislike, I really think it is a great tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are wondering to use Cypress or not, don't. Just give it a try and you will how awesome it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it in combination ...
