What do you like best about Cvent? The ease in registration and user friendliness. I love that all of our event registration information can be stored in one place that anyone in our team can access. This saves a lot of manpower hours in the pre-planning phase of events. Now with Flex we can create beautiful websites without digital and design knowledge. What do you like best about Cvent? Anytime I have to update to a registration site, it updates in realtime so my registrants can see immediatley any changes I make What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometime the customer service reps aren't as knowledgeable as they should be. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Running reports really cuts down on my work time!

What do you like best about Cvent? I can create an RFP that will be distributed to as many hotels as I need to cover in a specific area or destination. I can customize messages or have saved templates that expedite the RFP process. What do you dislike about Cvent? Still haven´t found any major hiccups. The only thing I would change is the view of the properties once shortlisted, declined, or awarded. A filter will be a great addition to this area in the platform. What problems is Cvent ...

There are some platform limitations - for ex we use it for multiple types of proposal submissions and users need to create new accounts for each one rather than being able to log in once for all submissions.
