What do you like best? I like the most the heatmaps. By analyzing the heatmaps we and our designer were able to make informed decisions when it comes to design. I used the real-time feature too, mostly for when we send out a newsletter and have a big amount of users visiting the website. Lastly, I can't NOT enjoy the insights they offer. Best real-time visitor tracking tool

What do you like best? The tool gives you a visual preview of customers’ visits actions & their complete journey on your website. What do you dislike? No dislike with Cux, it is working really fine and give the most valuable results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consumer behavior, visitor tracking, overall user flow, user onboarding process, overall improve the landing page conversions.

Great software to improve website conversion

What do you like best? I love being able to play what the user does on the website and this can help me put myself in his point of view so I know where to improve the layout, so this will improve the overall conversion. Great little tool for UX research

What do you like best? It's a great little tool, especially given the price, but it doesn't allow enough flexibility to be your main on-site research tool. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This software is pretty good actually, great for the startup or eCommerce who want to know how their customer behaviour on their website, so you know which part of your website need an optimization. Great software from a terrific team!

What do you like best? Great software for user experience to gather actionable insights and data on pain points the customers are experiencing. Love being able to use the heatmaps feature and the potential to see what our customers are connecting with. We can make changes and see them really easily. Really happy with the platform and the direction the team is headed with new features and looking forward to the future what we can do together. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike ...

Easy visitor tracking

What do you like best? Cux was super easy to setup and use. I used it for one of my side ecommerce projects and was very happy with the value delivered. What do you dislike? Nothing specific I dissatisfied. Obviously, there are some features missing but nothing specific that I missed in particular. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visitor tracking, conversion tracking, funnel tracking for an ecommerce website.
