Prompt Support Service
Prompt response to our queries regarding an issue with the API call. We were unable to figure out how to pass payload to the API but the support team helped us until we were successfully able to make that API call. Documentation could be improved and code samples should be provided for all major languages like java, python, php, node.js etc. The support services can be improved to schedule conference or support calls in which the subscriber can discuss vocally with a support person and ...

The service is constantly experiencing…
The service is constantly experiencing failures, which has a severe impact on the businesses of those who rely on clicks within seconds. The service had three major outages in just one week, which I consider absurd. I do not recommend it and will not renew my premium subscription.

No such thing as a free url shortener
So much great promise: features competitive with Bitly (less so Rebrandly) Basic paid tier... and it's free.It's ad-funded... but presumably not enough, because the founder Patryk doesn't seem to have the incentive to make necessary product improvements.
