What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? I was impressed by the two features most in csbox that are Journey and Playbook. Journey lets you automate manual tasks and the playbook lets you maintain the onboarding process easily and effectively.

What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? All Customer Account information.Metrics about Product usage,Financial health. Email sysnc is a great feature.Logs creation is a very helpful to convey the account information to other users.Attachements and invoice is very asset.No need to switch between platforms if CSB is used.
