"Helpful tool in streamlining CS Activities"

What do you like best about CustomerSuccessBox? I have used Customer Success box in my previous organization and it is a great tool to collaborate on all CS-related activities. From tracking renewals to red accounts, or be it cadence related, it's a perfect tool to manage everything in one place.
