What do you like best about Customers.ai? It has been easier to manage our sales inbox since using MobileMonkey's Omnichat feature. I can see all my team's conversations in one place, which makes it easy to keep track of who is talking to whom. What do you like best about Customers.ai? Nothing at all. Months after cancelling, still being charged. What do you dislike about Customers.ai? Mobile Monkey ripped us off and is charging our credit card each month. Several months later, they keep signing our old credit card up for new services we never agreed to.
