What do you like best about Customer.io? Very intuitive, Customization capabilities. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Documentation sometimes is not very clear. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Automate follow-ups with our customers because we had a low conversion rate.

What do you like best about Customer.io? What I really like is the easy it is to design email and to send them via API. This make our developing time shorter and our designer can directly edit our templates. "Good CRM, but needs polish."
What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that I can use it as both a data tool as well as an email CRM. We've been able to create segments of consumers based on our actions/events/messages that we would not have been able to otherwise. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Campaign Orchestration is great and allows for building great work flows. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Segments. While powerful you cannot make a segment from previous campaign activity. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Campaign Orchestration and our ability to message both clients and leads.
