"Incredibly effective email and marketing tool"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I love that I can create campaigns or broadcasts. I mostly use the broadcast feature which lets me test my email in a smaller sample size before sending it to my larger lists. the analytics are great and the user interface is friendly. It also saves your templates. What do you dislike about Customer.io? When I am writing an email, I always need to insert a piece of js so that the first names of the email list are included. What do you like best about Customer.io? An excellent tool for Automated Marketing campaigns, and the product and support teams are extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Maybe the price is a bit high every month. Recommendations to others considering Customer.io: Just go through the software and get the experience by own. What do you like best about Customer.io? The webhook function inside the workflow building is incredible. This enables countless possibilities and allows you to personalize to any extent. "Great tool for startups to get in and set up quick and efficient engagement"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that this tool is easy to use compared to some other contact automation tools, pricing that is both reasonable and rational, and it is easy to use and set up. The visual tool for creating campaigns and contacts is intuitive and easy to learn. "Feature full campaigns, super fast UI, decent pricing"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The ability to send emails in the timezone of the user is super important when you have customers globally like us. The UI is modern, fast, and intuitive (compared to other tools), I find it similar to Intercom in terms of user experience, but with more affordable pricing. The API works really well.
