"Powerful solution but not an inituitive UI/UX for beginners"
What do you like best about Customer.io? Many possibilities for communication with customers from emails to in-app messages. It is easy to personalise everything and integrate customer data for this as well. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes the complexity is a downside. What do you like best about Customer.io? I like how intuituve the platform is, and it's very helpful because I need to take care of CRM with very minimal marketing and engineering knowledge. The guideline documentations are very clear and easy to navigate. Pricing seems reasonable so far. What do you dislike about Customer.io?
