What do you like best about Customer.io? I love how technical customer.io allows me and my team to be — from creating complex customer journeys spanning multiple marketing channels, to syncing with third-party services like Snowlfake, Slack and Facebook, to standing up triggered, data-driven campaigns. What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io makes creating emails, whether they are broadcasts or complex campaigns, incredibly easy. It is extremely feature rich and there is nothing I want to do that I can't. As long as you have good backend data, the segmentation feature is powerful and makes complex workflows a breeeze. What do you like best about Customer.io? It's easy to use interface. The customer support team is also great. What do you dislike about Customer.io? No in-app banners. It's something we've asked for a while and haven't still gotten. Recommendations to others considering Customer.io: It's a really advanced tool and it comes at a great price. What do you like best about Customer.io? Everything is so fast. The menus, the drag and drop, the duplication, and all the components you need to click. The UI/UX all makes sense, and I was able to navigate it intuitively from day 1. It feels like a platform that was created with the full scope of its services already in mind when it was created. What do you like best about Customer.io? It's very user-friendly allows creating a churn-reducing campaign in a simple, and efficient manner. I like the high quality and prorated support they offer when a concern or issue arises. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes you cannot see the activity prior to 30 days in the UI.
