Sending texts using webhooks. Lack of multi branch if/then. Email domain verification isn't compatible with wix managed domains What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? "Amazing tool with sea of possibilities"

What do you like best about Customer.io? CSio works very intuitively and I have been able to create any campaign I could imagine. It is very clear how the tool works and the customer support is super helpful. The documentation is a great resource and I have gained some inspiration from their community pages. What do you like best about Customer.io? It's very intuitive, and the email design tool is very easy to use for someone who can't code which is really nice. There are a lot of options and I typically have to recreate emails for other companies, and I'm always able to match their designs. What do you dislike about Customer.io? "Very intuitive"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The visualizations when making a campaign workflow is tremendously helpful to assure customer are moving through it as you intend. Liquid tags are easy to understand and intuition implement. What do you dislike about Customer.io? It would be awesome to be able to upload and update multiple messages at once. What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io is a super flexible tool. I use it for transactional emails and communication. Specifically I plugged in Segment data so that I can send relevant material to everyone that sign-ups to our product.
