Customer.io is very good at all things related to customer messaging and has been expanding its capabilities rapidly since we started using them two years ago. "My favorite email tool (&i've used many)"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The simplicity and user experience is unparalleled. I also love the reporting and how easy it is to a/b test. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The two factor authentication they set up is annoying! What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with our customers during important parts of the customer journey. We have our CS employees more available bc of the automations.

"One stop shop for everything emails. Such a great tool!"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like how it's easy and quick to set up a campaign or a broadcast and send it! What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes there are limitations on the campaign filtering or triggers. Most of the times there's a workaround though. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to automate communication and engage with our users in different journeys in the product.
