"Comprehensive all-in-one communication solution"

We have been using Customer.io for over a year now, and we have been extremely happy with the ease of use, simple setup (good documentation), and comprehensive native integrations. What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io has the right mix of features for engaging app users. Everything is easy to use and the interface is intuitive. What do you like best about Customer.io? In the first place it was very easy to start using it. We made the switch from Hubspot to Customer.io because Hubspot is more designed for sales-led organisations while we focus on product-led as a low-ticket SaaS business. What do you like best about Customer.io? I love customer.io for grouping my audiences together and creating automatic and manual segments. Sending broadcasts is similar to most other mailout platforms I've used, so it's easy to switch to using the platform without too much learning time. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to build segments and connect marketing campaigns to these. Workflows has quite granular settings What do you dislike about Customer.io? No autoremoving people who reply to emails in a given journey What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending emails based on firmographics and product behaviour. Sales meetings and upgrades through right in time email delivery.
