Nothing, it matches all our needs and the amount of new features released per month is incredible. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Customer.io? Powerful, flexible workflow GUI integrated with a marketing platform. It is great no matter if you're a one-person marketing team or a 15 person marketing team. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Their support is fast and always solve our issues. We don't need coders to work with APIs, webhooks and Whatsapp What do you dislike about Customer.io? "The gift that keeps on giving!"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io seems to always bee one step ahead of me. Whenever I have an idea and am curious if Customer.io is able to support me in completing it, it seems like it always can. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Not much. Sometimes it can be a bit technical, but that is likely my fault more than the platform. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of campagins and broadcasts inside and outside of our platform.

What do you like best about Customer.io? What I really like is the easy it is to design email and to send them via API. This make our developing time shorter and our designer can directly edit our templates. "I've created multiple email flows on the platform and have really enjoyed the ease of use so far."

What do you like best about Customer.io? The ability to build an intricate email flow with many different rules. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The video and visual formatting can be made easier within email flows. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? It segments ceratin members of our community and helps us personalize email flows to each different group.
