What do you like best about Customer.io? Once you learn the platform, you can easily send a bulk email importing csv file. Send push notifications or edit campaigns. Support was pretty responsive but not always helpful. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Complication of things and lack of training on using the platform. "Lots of functionality and a good way to leverage lightweight features without heavy development"
What do you like best about Customer.io? There is a lot you can do with this product without heavy development. It's great for email notifications and contacting users. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Not the most intuitive interface; once you learn it, though, you can do a lot. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it for email notifications from our product

What do you like best about Customer.io? Simplicity of use. Ability to preview and release emails instead of just test emails. Ease of adding custom designs. Reliability and transparency. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Lack of complex campaign logic and SMS hold it back. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to stand up marketing, drip, and transactional emails.
