They're simple to use, and you can set up custom workflows based on how your customers interact with you or your site. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Overall very easy to use: nice and clean interface and it's easy to set up campaigns. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Out-of-the-box reporting tools are a bit lacking. No real customization. Need to pipe data into other programs to do any extensive analysis. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? One-off email campaigns, customer lifecycle email campaigns, webhook triggered emails directly from our database.
