What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io has some great emailing capabilities and makes it easy to manage recurring campaigns and ad hoc emails in one place. The segments are convenient and handy to use for targeting, suppression, or activity tracking. It's easy to build emails and campaigns and is fairly flexible in terms of offerings and integrations. What do you like best about Customer.io? Ease of use and knowing the team is there to solve any problems. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Wish there were a few more features I.e tracking revenue from emails What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it to email our database and it's a great CRM

"User Friendly Email Automation"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I like how easy it is to navigate. The paritions of brands makes sense for our business. Dashboard reporting is clear. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I wish there was a way to retire a/b tests and stand up new tests without losing reporting, can there be an archive feature that preseves metrics? Needs more tutorials to train how to go into several logs and areas. Recommendations to others considering Customer.io: Note taking.
