What do you like best about Customer.io? This platform is WAY easy to navigate compared to what we were using beforehand. The UI is straightforward and creating a campaign with little time that looks sleek is not longer a task I don't look forward to. What do you like best about Customer.io? I do understand that this tool has a lot of power. It can do a lot of things that competitors like MailChimp can't do. What do you dislike about Customer.io?
