What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to setup and powerful feature set: works with most communication channels and allows for tracking & reporting on everything. What do you like best about Customer.io? Their workflows are quite good and give you a lot of options in terms of how to structure the customer journey. The connection with our Postgres database worked extremely smoothly as well. What do you dislike about Customer.io? They have many limitations, especially when compared to tools like Intercom. What do you like best about Customer.io? I enjoy the customizing that customer.io offers with their liquid and event setup. You can almost create anything you're hoping for message-wise with the right combination of event data and liquid. What do you like best about Customer.io? User Journeys are very well defined and customizable. Segmentation engine works perfectly and doesn't miss out of user actions. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Limited capabilities in terms of Data tracking and messaging templates. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
