"Customer.io A Great Tool For Customer Engagement"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io is a very user-friendly interface that is simple for anyone to use and navigate, regardless of technical proficiency. Segmentation and Personalization: The platform includes strong segmentation and personalization features that enable precise targeting and have increased audience engagement. Automation: We have saved a tonne of time and effort by streamlining our marketing activities, allowing us to nurture leads more efficiently, and ...

"Not the best email marketing tool but the most flexible"

What do you like best about Customer.io? They allow you to make flows and segmentation with good design for entry level users. Also. trigger events and attributes are great for intermediate users. Useful for any types of business: ecommerce, big corp or startup. I run this with my tech startup. All events and attributes works so well for my supa complicated flows. What do you dislike about Customer.io? They better provide a more useful search bar. I have to type the right email to find it, ...

"Capable platform with a lot of possibilities,"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like the advanced possibilites to use data for tailored messaging, both for content and building flows. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The drag-and-drop editor for email is lacking in its capabilities and is behind some competitors in the way it works. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We have big need in communicating with our customers and also driving behaviours that align with our business goals. The ...

"Game changer for automating customer and onboarding messages!"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Super useful to create flows and trigger based campaigns. It's almost like playing with Legos where once you have enough building blocks set it, the entire flow or campaigns will work like magic. On top of that you can A/B test subjects or email copies like a piece of cake! What do you dislike about Customer.io? While the tool is an absolute beast, some little caveats like not being able to know what devices the emails are opened and read on can be a ...

"Great tool for email marketing!"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I've tried different tools over the years, and I must say, I am very pleased to be using Customer.io, it has everything that I need and more. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Maybe the email editor could be improved a bit, or even allow import from different formats, but it would say it's mostly a nice-to-have. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with my users, and workflow automations for ...

"Amazing for campaigns and personalisation, tricky for the nitty gritty"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io makes it: - Really easy to segment users by different attributes, dates, events and much more - The ability to use liquid makes it easy to customise emails to a huge extent - Auto-creation of UTM makes it easy to track clicks, and further customisation can be added manually for really granular tracking - The Overview makes it easy to track opens/clicks/conversions/bounces/unsubs, both for the campaign as a whole and for individual ...

"Great product"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Collecting all data and messages against a customer in the same place. This results in a better overview and understanding of what messages we send and when. What do you dislike about Customer.io? There are some technical limitations with Customer.io that require some workarounds from our end. It's really company-specific though. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with customers during different stages ...

"Good CRM, but needs polish."

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like that I can use it as both a data tool as well as an email CRM. We've been able to create segments of consumers based on our actions/events/messages that we would not have been able to otherwise. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I feel like the "Metric" section in the workflow is slow sometimes. Also, I really wish I could segment a segment instead of having to try another way to find people who overlap two segments. But mostly, I hate ...

"Review"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I like how intuituve the platform is, and it's very helpful because I need to take care of CRM with very minimal marketing and engineering knowledge. The guideline documentations are very clear and easy to navigate. Pricing seems reasonable so far. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I have yet to run into any major inconveniences, but there was slight confusion with setting the campaign message via "campaigns" and "content". I'd naturally start a ...

"A Balanced product"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The seamless integration with other platforms and the comprehensive analytics dashboard makes it a holistic tool for businesses of various sizes. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The pricing model of Customer.io, though reflective of its rich feature set, can be a bit daunting for startups and small businesses. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Event based emails
