"Good segment.io integration but not much else relative to the market"

What do you like best about Customer.io? It was easy to set up transactional emails out of the box based on the segment.io integration. It was also easy to use in terms of how it visualized campaigns and had out of the box A/B testing. What do you dislike about Customer.io?
