What do you like best about Customer.io? The ability to send emails in the timezone of the user is super important when you have customers globally like us. The UI is modern, fast, and intuitive (compared to other tools), I find it similar to Intercom in terms of user experience, but with more affordable pricing. The API works really well. What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer io really takes email automation to the next level. The ways you can segment, add time delays, and additional conditions to email campaigns are outstanding. Easy A/B tests as well. What do you dislike about Customer.io? If I resize all the text in an email from 12 pt font to 14 pt font, the spaces between the lines of text stay at 12 pt font for some reason. What do you like best about Customer.io? Simplicity of use. Ability to preview and release emails instead of just test emails. Ease of adding custom designs. Reliability and transparency. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Lack of complex campaign logic and SMS hold it back. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
