"Great tool for email and workflow automation"
What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to setup complex workflows that include emails and webhooks. Also love the support for liquid. What do you dislike about Customer.io? No support on email design, but super easy to import pre-coded email. Recommendations to others considering Customer.io: Make it easier to organize your campaigns. Better email design support would be great. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Email and workflow automation.

"Scaleable Email Automation"
What do you like best about Customer.io? The Liquid integration makes targeting and personalization incredibly easy. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The learning curve is a bit steep for non-programmers. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Email targeting is incredibly easy. Liquid language allows us to send one email that looks personalized based on a user's state. Automation is incredibly easy to implement using customer behavior and segmentation.

"The best non marketing automation marketing automation tool"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I'm an early customer of Customer.io and am a big fan. While they don't necessarily bill themselves as "marketing automation", I have found that Customer.io can serve the role of a traditional marketing automation solution with trimmed down (but thoughtful) functionality at a great price. "Hard to Setup, Easy to Use Later"
What do you like best about Customer.io? - Lightweight and powerful UI - Very fast - Good price - Email Layouts easy to configure - Easy to define goals, workflows, triggers...it's so "smart" What do you dislike about Customer.io? - Very hard to configure unless you are very technical. Not tracking anonymous users suck (we had to build a workaround on that) - Stats could be improved, you won't get too far apart from standalone reports - Exports are a bit poor - Not that many ...

"Customer.io is a great product to track mass communication"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I love that Customer.io enables me to see how many customers opened my emails. I also like the ease of distributing mass communication to our audiences. "Brilliant way to lighten the load for developers"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I love the fact that, as an engineer, I'm not constantly having to build specific product for our growth team, sales teams, customer service team, etc etc. What do you dislike about Customer.io? "A powerful tool to empower more departments in your company!"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I can tackle multiple needs with one tool and improvise and improve continuously. I use it several times a week with no problem. The number of features they have is pretty big and has a pretty decent flexibility of use. What do you dislike about Customer.io? It is is somewhat difficult to get my less technical peers to use it as we need to. The easiness of use for users that are more accustomed to the likes of Mailchimp or Acumbamail is floppy. I ...

"A very positive experience"
What do you like best about Customer.io? Our Account Manager (Slater) is very responsive and from what i'm told a pleasure to deal with. I alos find it easy to jump in and get information down to campaing level if required. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The text plug in options could be better What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Remarketing and nurture
