What do you like best about Customer.io? This platform is WAY easy to navigate compared to what we were using beforehand. The UI is straightforward and creating a campaign with little time that looks sleek is not longer a task I don't look forward to. Uploading custom email segments was not as easy as we would have liked and often resulted in emails to customer support.
