It is the best platform for sending automation mail to the user and campaign management What do you dislike about Customer.io? In customer.io has the limitation of 1000 byte memory storage for the attribute value. What do you like best about Customer.io? I love that I can create campaigns or broadcasts. I mostly use the broadcast feature which lets me test my email in a smaller sample size before sending it to my larger lists. the analytics are great and the user interface is friendly.
