What do you like best about Customer.io? We are using customer.io for the last one year. It is the best platform for sending automation mail to the user and campaign management What do you dislike about Customer.io? In customer.io has the limitation of 1000 byte memory storage for the attribute value. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? we are using this for campaign management and automation of mail on the basic of events

What do you like best about Customer.io? I love that I can create campaigns or broadcasts. I mostly use the broadcast feature which lets me test my email in a smaller sample size before sending it to my larger lists. the analytics are great and the user interface is friendly. It also saves your templates. What do you dislike about Customer.io? When I am writing an email, I always need to insert a piece of js so that the first names of the email list are included.
