It is the best platform for sending automation mail to the user and campaign management What do you dislike about Customer.io? In customer.io has the limitation of 1000 byte memory storage for the attribute value. What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer io really takes email automation to the next level. The ways you can segment, add time delays, and additional conditions to email campaigns are outstanding. Easy A/B tests as well. What do you dislike about Customer.io? If I resize all the text in an email from 12 pt font to 14 pt font, the spaces between the lines of text stay at 12 pt font for some reason.
