What do you like best about Customer.io? This is your all-in-one system to communicate with your customers. Instead of having multiple systems to push, email, text or otherwise communicate, Customer.io makes it easy to set every system up and get your messaging out. Analytics are also terrific. "Great product and a great company"

What do you like best about Customer.io? - ease of use: complexity is up to you, and the product will allow you to get creative! - supports wide variety of use-cases What do you dislike about Customer.io? - no custom reusable webhooks - can't setup devices without official SDK What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? A product that supports campaign management flows, easy personalization, and customer lifecycle management is necessary for B2C SaaS companies!

"Worked great for us"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to set up email and text campaigns, including AB testing, segmenting, and sending logic. It also allows you to get into more complex campaign and email design. I haven't used many competitors, so it's hard for me to compare it, but it worked really well for us. What do you dislike about Customer.io? handling exceptions that need changes to the database is hard. It would be nice to get an easy way to see results data in Airtable or Google Sheets ...

What do you like best about Customer.io? As a WordPress developer, Customer.io was extremely easy to integrate into our website. I entered our own Contact Us webpage URL into the Customer.io wizard, and Customer.io replied with some JavaScript to add to our page to enable the contact form to send data to Customer.io. "Customer.io is a very user-friendly, intuitive marketing automation platform."

What do you like best about Customer.io? The platform is straightforward and easy to use. Creating flows and adding filters and conditional paths is intuitive. What do you dislike about Customer.io? A feature similar to Braze's Connected Content would be handy for taking manual work off of the CRM teams. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We are currently using the platform for both transactional comms and CRM automated flows for our B2B and B2C audiences.

"Great email marketing software"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to use, simple and intuitive UI, fast loading. Customer.io is great if you use Segment, the seamless integrations makes it super easy to get started. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The latest popup features they integrated are not great, it requires a lot of work. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to send transactional emails without involving engineering

"Innovative platform with great customer service"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The intuitive UX, the frequent rollout of new features, and the high level of customer service. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The reporting features could be a little better. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving conversion and retention issues with our database. The rollout of new features gives us the flexibility to perform many of the tasks we require without tech requirements.

"Best email tool I've used so far."

What do you like best about Customer.io? I really like the ease of use in setting up drip campaigns and the ability to sync with other tools with webhooks. The analytics are also decent along with their database segments and attributes. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I dislike the pricing a bit as it tends to be on the pricier side.
