What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io has some great emailing capabilities and makes it easy to manage recurring campaigns and ad hoc emails in one place. The segments are convenient and handy to use for targeting, suppression, or activity tracking. It's easy to build emails and campaigns and is fairly flexible in terms of offerings and integrations. What do you like best about Customer.io? The support from Customer.io is phenomenal. They are very responsive and detailed in their recommendations and solutions. What do you like best about Customer.io? I like how easy it is to navigate. The paritions of brands makes sense for our business. Dashboard reporting is clear. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I wish there was a way to retire a/b tests and stand up new tests without losing reporting, can there be an archive feature that preseves metrics? What do you like best about Customer.io? It's very user-friendly allows creating a churn-reducing campaign in a simple, and efficient manner. I like the high quality and prorated support they offer when a concern or issue arises. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes you cannot see the activity prior to 30 days in the UI.
