"Comprehensive marketing automation without extra fluff"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Super easy to use on both one-off marketing sends as well as more complex campaigns. Data pulls seem accurate and it's pretty easy to parse through data and use campaigns to update/create new attributes, segment accurately, etc. Support is next level- I can always get a quick response from my account manager or live chat. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I feel like CIO is marketed as a tool that doesn't require a ton of engineering resources, ...

"Modern email marketing platform"

What do you like best about Customer.io? It has a logical workflow, is intuitive, and our Customer Success Manager has been great. What do you dislike about Customer.io? I'd like better visibility into bounce and IP metrics, and it would be nice to be able to stop and restart a broadcast. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping us create more targeted messaging for our prospects and customers.

"Very intuitive and mostly easy to use."

What do you like best about Customer.io? I create campaigns to send messages to users, I can use A\B testing, and I can follow metrics and stats related to these campaigns. And follow info related to each user. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Sometimes copying\ moving\ erasing parts in live campaigns or connecting different campaign parts to other elements in the flow is hard or impossible. Also, manually adding users to campaigns isn't possible. What problems is Customer.io solving ...

"Very user friendly tool where you will always find some work arounds to do what you want to do"

What do you like best about Customer.io? - see the full preview of the emails - see te details of emails or events received by a user - check very fast the segments and segment sized to see if your segmentation is correct What do you dislike about Customer.io? - the snippets are hard to code or to make sure that they work (no error handling on liquid html) - I do not trust the templates that can be created in terms of deliverability - I would like customer_io to handle better things that ...

"A very useful and insightful tool"

What do you like best about Customer.io? You can customize and target the messages you want to send to the users. You can also run an a/b test when creating a flow, and after you launch a broadcast or a campaign, the metrics are straightforward to follow and keep track of. What do you dislike about Customer.io? We cannot set a timeframe for when we want to launch or send a push notification to our users. i.e., Only users who perform a specific event between 7 am-10 am will receive a push ...

"Great Technical Support"

What do you like best about Customer.io? When I am stuck, the technical support, provided both by the online chat functionality and also by our own personalized account manager has been fantastic. They have been on hand whenever I have needed them, in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The downside of the application is the lack of ability to be to send an email within a workflow at a specific date and time. An example of this would be sending an email the day before an ...

"Great tool, very intuitive and powerfull"

What do you like best about Customer.io? - All in one tool (email management, sms, push, webhooks to send anything) - Customer segmentation (very precise customer segmentation) - The UI ! very convenient, thanks What do you dislike about Customer.io? - Very great analysis tool (knowing it's not the tool main mission) but complicated to get report per user instead of per message - Not possible to get the limit rate option in the campaigns AND the fact that in the broadcast you can't chose to ...
