"Technical, powerful CRM platform for marketers"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I love how technical customer.io allows me and my team to be — from creating complex customer journeys spanning multiple marketing channels, to syncing with third-party services like Snowlfake, Slack and Facebook, to standing up triggered, data-driven campaigns. "Innovative platform with great customer service"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The intuitive UX, the frequent rollout of new features, and the high level of customer service. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The reporting features could be a little better. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving conversion and retention issues with our database. The rollout of new features gives us the flexibility to perform many of the tasks we require without tech requirements.

"Great Segmentation Engine but limited messaging capabilities"

What do you like best about Customer.io? User Journeys are very well defined and customizable. Segmentation engine works perfectly and doesn't miss out of user actions. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Limited capabilities in terms of Data tracking and messaging templates. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We use c.io as a customer communication and retention tool. Been able to drive incremental value from existing and new customers.

What do you like best about Customer.io? It's easy to use interface. The customer support team is also great. What do you dislike about Customer.io? No in-app banners. It's something we've asked for a while and haven't still gotten. Recommendations to others considering Customer.io: It's a really advanced tool and it comes at a great price. The customer support is also top notch. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping in touch with our customers.

"Excellent service with boundless features and prompt support"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io makes creating emails, whether they are broadcasts or complex campaigns, incredibly easy. It is extremely feature rich and there is nothing I want to do that I can't. As long as you have good backend data, the segmentation feature is powerful and makes complex workflows a breeeze. What do you like best about Customer.io? I really like the ease of use in setting up drip campaigns and the ability to sync with other tools with webhooks.
