What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to set up email and text campaigns, including AB testing, segmenting, and sending logic. It also allows you to get into more complex campaign and email design. I haven't used many competitors, so it's hard for me to compare it, but it worked really well for us. What do you like best about Customer.io? As a WordPress developer, Customer.io was extremely easy to integrate into our website. I entered our own Contact Us webpage URL into the Customer.io wizard, and Customer.io replied with some JavaScript to add to our page to enable the contact form to send data to Customer.io. What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io has a lot of functionality to be an entirely self-service tool for marketing automation. "Customer.io is a very user-friendly, intuitive marketing automation platform."

What do you like best about Customer.io? The platform is straightforward and easy to use. Creating flows and adding filters and conditional paths is intuitive. What do you dislike about Customer.io? A feature similar to Braze's Connected Content would be handy for taking manual work off of the CRM teams. What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to use, simple and intuitive UI, fast loading. Customer.io is great if you use Segment, the seamless integrations makes it super easy to get started. What do you like best about Customer.io? Once you learn the platform, you can easily send a bulk email importing csv file. Send push notifications or edit campaigns. Support was pretty responsive but not always helpful. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Complication of things and lack of training on using the platform. "You can do almost everything with it"

What do you like best about Customer.io? Customer.io is a super flexible tool. I use it for transactional emails and communication. Specifically I plugged in Segment data so that I can send relevant material to everyone that sign-ups to our product. The drag and drop campaign builder is super cool and you can basically build super articulated journeys and cover all cases. I'm also using to thank new customers (Stripe webhook). "Great platform - lack of support"

What do you like best about Customer.io? The platform is great, so much so they forgot that they need a great team. Dealing with their lack of customer support sours the experience. If you have attempted to claim the 12-month's credits there will be some excuse as to why you will not be receiving them.
