"Couldn't be happier!"

What do you like best about Customer.io? I've been using Customer.io for about a year now and couldn't be happier. It has helped scale our business tramedously. It has all the capabilities you'd want in a marketing automation tool. What do you dislike about Customer.io? Still don't have a good react native integration What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Customer.io? When I am stuck, the technical support, provided both by the online chat functionality and also by our own personalized account manager has been fantastic. They have been on hand whenever I have needed them, in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Customer.io?
