What do you like best about Customer.io? The user interface is good, you can differentiate between the different features well and understand how they work. The documentation for developers is good and most of the features have been easy to implement. What do you like best about Customer.io? The campaign builder is amazing! I wish Zapier had this same layout, it's really intuitive and powerful. What do you dislike about Customer.io? One of the downsides is that it doesn't have a great subscription center built in, that's still decently manual. But they are working on it. What do you like best about Customer.io? I switch from brevo to customer.io because brevo is only design for marketing campaign other and Customer.io is very easy to use and smoth implementation. What do you like best about Customer.io? I most like the flexibility of the product and the ability to tackle a wide variety of use cases greater than I expected. The ease of integration means that it's easy to get prototypes up and running in very short time. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? I love customer.io for grouping my audiences together and creating automatic and manual segments. Sending broadcasts is similar to most other mailout platforms I've used, so it's easy to switch to using the platform without too much learning time. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Easy to build segments and connect marketing campaigns to these. Workflows has quite granular settings What do you dislike about Customer.io? No autoremoving people who reply to emails in a given journey What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending emails based on firmographics and product behaviour. Sales meetings and upgrades through right in time email delivery.

"Easy to use, but complex enough to do what you want"
What do you like best about Customer.io? I like the integrations with webhooks and our APIs. They make sense and are reactive and self explanatory. The liquid formatting system for sending content is intuitive and flexible enough for my needs.
