What do you like best about Customer.io? The simplicity and user experience is unparalleled. I also love the reporting and how easy it is to a/b test. What do you dislike about Customer.io? The two factor authentication they set up is annoying! What problems is Customer.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with our customers during important parts of the customer journey. We have our CS employees more available bc of the automations.

We pay on a month-by-month basis. Was recently told that we are "not permitted" to right-size our usage contract to save some money.
