What do you like best about Customer.io? CIO is so versatile. Setting up new channels, campaigns and broadcasts is easy and the integrations and automation are incredible. What do you like best about Customer.io? Super flexible in building out targeting and easy to navigate within the product. What do you like best about Customer.io? In the first place it was very easy to start using it. We made the switch from Hubspot to Customer.io because Hubspot is more designed for sales-led organisations while we focus on product-led as a low-ticket SaaS business.
