The documentation for developers is good and most of the features have been easy to implement. What do you like best about Customer.io? The campaign builder is amazing! I wish Zapier had this same layout, it's really intuitive and powerful. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? I switch from brevo to customer.io because brevo is only design for marketing campaign other and Customer.io is very easy to use and smoth implementation. What do you like best about Customer.io? I can tackle multiple needs with one tool and improvise and improve continuously. I use it several times a week with no problem. The number of features they have is pretty big and has a pretty decent flexibility of use. What do you dislike about Customer.io? What do you like best about Customer.io? Our Account Manager (Slater) is very responsive and from what i'm told a pleasure to deal with. I alos find it easy to jump in and get information down to campaing level if required. What do you dislike about Customer.io?
