"Awesome tool for a CSM"

What do you like best about Custify? Helps in maintaining the accounts. Data attributes are limitless. Viewing and generating reports is easy and quick. What do you dislike about Custify? "Custify is an absolute must-have for SaaS. We cut our churn rate in half!"

What do you like best about Custify? It's really helpful for visibility into customer behavior and health, and useful for tracking our CX efforts, and making sure that everyone is working together to drive customer value and health. What do you dislike about Custify? They still have some gaps to fill in the product, more integrations, better UX, etc. Nothing major though. "Used it for 3 months and love it!"

What do you like best about Custify? Custify is the best tool that I have found to manage our customer journey and monitor user behavior on our website!! What do you dislike about Custify? We don't use the task manager aspect of Custify but love every other part of it! What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you? Custify allows us to track user behavior in our app and better serve our customers based on the results. It's amazing.
