"Great Tool for Client Services Team"

What do you like best about Custify? Very useful to guage how client relationships are tracking. I'm able to view all client details from the dashboard, save meeting notes, update client lifecycles and send emails directly from the dashboard. What do you dislike about Custify? Only thing that could be improved is an auto-save function for meeting notes What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you? Ensures all client comms and details are stored in one please

"Reporting is more accurate and fast"

What do you like best about Custify? One thing I like most about Custify is that reporting is easy, and I can create my reports based on whatever criteria I choose. Custify allows us to integrate other tools, enabling complex segments and health score tracking. "A very customer friendly CSM tool"

What do you like best about Custify? I like the easy to use interface. Many CSM features that you can leverage for your customers in order to be up to date with their healthcheck. What do you like best about Custify? What I appreciate most about Custify is how easy it is to use. We had demos with all the big CSM software solutions, and Custify had the best UI and checked all the boxes we needed. What do you dislike about Custify? There's nothing to dislike!
