"Great SaaS Software for CSM Teams"

What do you like best about Custify? We really like the easy implementation and use of Custify in our day to day business with our clients. We managed to implement better workflows and processes by using i.e. Playbooks and Customer Lifecycles. What do you dislike about Custify? The help section could handle a few more topics i.e. integrations and maybe some practical examples. What problems is Custify solving and how is that benefiting you? Help onboarding customers, renewals and avoid churn.
