"Horrible System"

What do you like best about CureMD Practice Management? Nothing. The system is horrible. The training is horrible. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Horrible PM/EHR customer service during implementation, check out competitors FIRST;

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's potential to combine PM/EMR and billing solutions. Billing solutions (aka RCM) team has been great. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Customer service for PM and EMR are AWFUL. I spent hours doing templates for them to upload for my notes and they never put in my stuff. They kept putting in their software shortcuts which are NO shortcuts and not compliant for my billing codes. You can't even get a chief complaint ...

Great Solution for Oncology

PROS: We have 3 systems and all of them customized according to our need. CureMD EHR is highly easy to use and customize-able according to your requirement. Support team is great in their work we can call or email them any time they get back to us with right solution. CONS: Currently CureMD system is working on internet explorer which make system painfully slow, if they get on other browser as well it would be great.

"good layout but slow processing."

What do you like best about CureMD Practice Management? for small or big office use its a great system with unlimited possibilities. What do you dislike about CureMD Practice Management? its very slow but they always claim its not their system. What problems is CureMD Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you? we're able to track billing and check insurance eligibility though this system.

"From paper to CureMD"

What do you like best about CureMD Practice Management? Coming from paper-only, we wanted to match that workflow with CureMD. However, with their implementation team, we were able to learn to do things the "right" way. What do you like best about CureMD Practice Management? The price point is really the only thing good about this software. What do you dislike about CureMD Practice Management? As much as the market has changed over the past 5 years or so, CureMD certainly hasn't kept up. "Weird software company has weird software"

What do you like best about CureMD Practice Management? I do not need a server room any longer. Neither do I need all that extra computer equipment and their never-ending maintenance costs. This is because their cloud system helps store all my data online. During the evenings, I spend some time on the Patient Portal, and my patient-based telephone traffic has drastically reduced.
