What do you like best about culture.easy? culture.easy was super easy to switch to. We onboarded our employees within no time with their SAML SSO. We were able to configure the app to enable the features which are necessary for us. Currently, we picked OKRs, performance reviews, and praises to start, and the experience has been great so far.

What do you like best about culture.easy? The OKR feature in culture.easy is amazing. The support team helped us migrate OKRs into the app, and the alignment view we got right after we uploaded the OKRs, made a lot of sense into where we are heading and how we are aligning on that. We use the other features like praise and reviews quite as much too.

What do you like best about culture.easy? Love the OKR implementation in the app. The tree view in OKRS helped me visualize the company’s goals, how I and my team are contributing to them. Being able to monitor the progress status helps us stay on track and retrospect what can be done better. I also love the praise feature, It lets me appreciate my colleagues spontaneously and these praises are delivered to slack for immediate acknowledgment.
