What do you like best about culture.easy? We have been using culture.easy for a little more than 6 months now. The app is very intuitive and the best part is okr insights of everyone are visible in a single view. I also like how I can prioritize what I want to focus on for the coming weeks by creating my own initiatives. Also, I am able to share my check-in updates with my manager in the app itself, without calling for meetings.

What do you like best about culture.easy? culture.easy feels simple to use. The support team is accommodating and receptive to feature requests. Some features I like are It allows easy setup of OKRs, progress tracking, check-ins, and comment collaborations. Check-in and progress reminders with slack are making it easier for the team to keep a check on deadlines. Privacy is maintained to the right extent for people to get a transparent overview of goals yet not misuse their access.

Receiving constructive feedback to improve my progress via the comments on the KRs is helpful. As a manager I am able to see my reportees progress and resolve any dependencies before hand.

What do you like best about culture.easy? It is effortless to praise your teams and individual team members. We can give and collect feedback at any time using continuous feedback. Continous feedback makes sure feedback is not lost. I can also customize questions for performance reviews for different teams for a better, personalized review process.

What do you like best about culture.easy? Great tool for using OKRs. OKR list view brings so much clarity on what i am expected to do for the coming weeks. I plan and track my goals with this. Home screen is a great addition from their recent update.

What do you like best about culture.easy? App was easy to use and set up took 15-20 minutes, The transparency that OKRs are creating even at a smaller org like Applozic is impressive. I can see the organization, team and individual goals across the company and their progress. We do regular checkins to make sure we are on track and use comments to collaborate over feedback.

What do you like best about culture.easy? The app setup experience was very smooth. We were able to onboard our employees within no time and were able to roll out our performance reviews immediately. It had a pre-built set of questionnaires for performance reviews that were fully customizable. The best part is that employees and managers can see each other's reviews only after both of them submit their reviews. This makes sure that we are not influenced while writing the reviews.
