"Easy to use and very efficient"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It had almost no learning curve. Very intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love how human Culture Amp feels. For example the prompts and questions are super easy to understand and seem like they've been carefully thought out.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like very much the simple way to share information with my collegues and responsibles, even the suggestion the tool provides meet to increase my career.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that I can scroll through all of my previous one-on-one's with my manager, which allows me to show my progress week on week. It's also nice to be able to go back and look at the highlights that I have had throughout the year. I like that it is easy to use, and helps me to keep track of my movements every week, ie. travel locally and regionally, who I saw on these visits, and what the highlights of my travel trips were.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I find the 360 feedback very useful, Specially when I can ask for feedback at anytime in the year not only at Review Time. I love being able to give and receive candid feedback when asked or asking directly without managers being privy to it.
