"A manageable source to connect with my manager."

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that I can keep track of everything over the whole year from meetings to goals to struggles/roadblocks I have faced. This platform is also easy to navigate when I need to fill out any information required by my company.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Having a platform that allows me to reflect on my performance and align my goals with the expectations of my manager and company is vital in my growth and development. I love the ease-of-use of Culture Amp and highly recommend

"A great way to facilitate internal feedback"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's easy to use and it features different sections equally useful for sharing feedback. It enables a more insightful and complete conversation with our manager(s) that will now include not only the reciprocal feedback between workers and their managers, but also inputs from other people as well as tracked goals and self reflections.

"Culture Amp has made 1x1s, performance reviews and development plans easy to manage team"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It is very easy to set up 1x1s and review items discussed in previous meeting. When creating performance reviews all records of feedback, 1x1 items and selfrelefctios are available in a side pop up menu so I don't have to navigate multiple tabs and windows. I love how I can request feedback from team members to impove SOPs and internal trainings provided to team.

"A one stop shop for Managers"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture amp allows me to view and monitor my team from a distance. I am able to keep a log on the 1-1's as well as my team which allows me to easily see updates. the Development log also alows me to see the updates they are making to their own progression.
