What do you like best about Culture Amp? Anonymity, but the benefit of this was counteracted by the fact that only a few managers got to read the full comments - managers got to screen out any they didn't like.

So overall picture is presented to the management where the employee is present and what improvements are needed and what are placed where he/she is doing well.
