"Great tool for performance mesurements"

What do you like best about Culture Amp? You and your superiors can make a tangible mesurement of your progress during the year. Either through acomplishing the goals set for the department at the begining of the year, or trought our own goals that could bring some value to the organization.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? That it's easy to navigate with. The visuals of it and that it feels very friendly like you were talking to a friend. I like that you can share feedback and be kept as a secret in some cases. The fact that you can save drafts without publishing them and you can go back and review before submiting it.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The UI, the simplicity, the accessibilit of information, and a very easy-to-use intuitive flow which is very well presented. I love every aspect of Culture Amp.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I've used a few other performance management platforms and culture amp's has been the most user friendly. As well it has a great flow when integrated with your HRIS

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the layout it is very intuitive, simple and the content proposed in surveys/performance reviews etc. is amazing - very professional.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that all of my 1 on 1s are housed in one area. My adjusters can input notes on things they want to discuss and see the topics I've added for discussion ahead of time. We can check back on things we discussed earlier as well.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The way it structures 1-2-1's (and keeps track of them). Goals are easy to track and break down so it is clear how far through them I am. Annual appraisal is a fairly smooth process.
